Refund policy

At ABC Hobby, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you cannot visit our physical store for an exchange, please contact us for alternative options.

 
A 5% restocking fee of the total bill will be applied for orders requesting a refund if a return agreement is made between ABC Hobby and the customer.
Please note that shipping charges are non‑refundable, and return shipping will be at your expense.

**Exchange Guidelines:**

1. **Eligibility for Exchange:**  

   - Exchanges are only accepted for items that are unopened and unused.  

2. **Proof of Purchase:**  

   - A valid proof of purchase must be presented for all exchanges.

3. **Contact Us:**  

   - If you need to arrange an exchange and cannot come into the store, please contact our customer service team at 250-868-0508  

4. **Timeframe:**  

   - All exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
